With 22 years of experience in top management in the private sector as Senior Financial Manager, General Manager, COO and Executive Director of various companies locally and abroad, Henk has vast experience in personnel issues, strategic planning, structuring a business, stock, manufacturing, sales, contracts, negotiating skills and the day to day operational requirements of a business.
He has a financial background and has a solid understanding of business principals and interpreting and analysing of financial statements as well as management accounts.
Henk values integrity, ethics and confidentiality very high and is passionate about satisfying the needs of both seller and buyer by providing a professional service to all parties concerned.
He strongly believes that the future of South African economy lies in the hands of the private business owner and strives to assist all prospective buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams
